Dra Denisse es la mejor! Todavía estoy aprendiendo español so I will write my review in Spanish in case any other immigrants are looking for a great therapist. I have tried many different therapists in the past but struggled to feel like I was getting to the root of things with them. After just the first session with Dra Denisse, i felt like we were uncovering and working through some of the deeper layers that I was unable to reach with other therapists in the past. She doesn’t just talk over things with you, she helps you to see the deeper patterns, gives you actionable steps to work through them, can intuitively see the subconscious beliefs that you might not be aware of yourself and helps you to find new and better perspectives. She is extremely kind, easy to talk to and patient. In just a few short months I feel more confident, grounded and feel like I understand and know myself on a much deeper level. Dra Denisse has made such an impact on my life Im very grateful for her!
