Me encanta acudir a Blanco Dent, los doctores son muy amables y siempre resuelven mis dudas . Sin duda una experiencia muy distinta con el dentista .
He ido a muchos dentistas y ninguno fue tan profesional como la Dra. Karen, es muy cuidadosa y meticulosa en sus cirugías. En mi opinion muy profesional ella y su equipo con el que trabaja, ademas buen carisma y actitud.
Lo mejor: Desgraciadamente no puedo opinar de la doctora ya que debido a la ineptitud de la secretaria del consultorio ni siquiera pude ver a la doctora. Podría mejorar: Reservé consulta anticipadamente. Al llegar pregunté por la doctora y la secretaria no le informó de mi llegada. Me dejó esperando 2 horas y al final me dijo que la doctora no me recibiría, que agendara otro día. Cuando pregunté nuevamente fue muy grosera conmigo y me culpó de todo. Pésimo servicio.
Es la segunda ocasión que acudo con él y en ambas me ha atendido de manera atenta, amable, con explicaciones claras y detalladas. Respondió mis dudas y me dio confianza.
