El Dr. Ricardo Acosta Ruiz es un excelente cirujano, muy respetuoso, profesional, certero en su diagnóstico y su tratamiento quirúrgico de lo mejor que existe en HIDALGO. Me operó una Hernia umbilical y sin ninguna complicación. Lo recomiendo al 100%
