Acudí con la psicóloga y desde el primer momento sentí un ambiente de confianza y comprensión. Su forma de trabajar es muy humana y profesional; escucha con atención, da retroalimentación clara y herramientas prácticas que realmente ayudan en el día a día. Gracias a sus sesiones he aprendido a manejar mejor mis emociones, identificar mis pensamientos y tomar decisiones más conscientes. La recomiendo ampliamente a cualquier persona que esté buscando apoyo psicológico de calidad y un espacio seguro para crecer y encontrar equilibrio. Sin duda, una excelente profesional.
