Explica todo de una manera muy clara y fácil de entender, así que realmente aprendes sobre nutrición y sobre cómo funciona tu cuerpo. Algo que valoro muchísimo es que su enfoque se siente muy saludable mentalmente; no se trata solo de dietas, sino de aprender a cuidarte de una manera sana y sostenible. Gracias a ella me siento más fuerte, más sana y con una mejor relación con la comida y conmigo misma. Sin duda, es la mejor.
