Lo mejor: En las dos primeras semanas he bajado seis kilos. La alimentación es suficiente y los platillos fáciles de preparar. A pesar de que requiere de tenacidad, los resultados constantes son un gran aliciente. Lo recomiendo ampliamente!!!!
