Acudí con mi bebé por fiebre de 38 °C. Durante la revisión sentí que la exploración de sus oídos fue brusca y mi bebé lloró mucho. Se nos indicó que se trataba de un cuadro viral y únicamente se recetó paracetamol. Sin embargo, ese mismo día por la noche la fiebre continuó y el estado de mi bebé no mejoró, por lo que tuve que acudir de urgencia con otro pediatra, ya que el pediatra de cabecera de mi hija no estaba disponible. En mi experiencia, la atención no me dio la confianza que esperaba y por ello no regresaría.
