Reservo por aquí por doctoralia, la doctora se supone que tiene sincronizada su agenda. Me confirman por correo la cita y por no dejar, llamo y resulta que "la doctora ya tiene a otro paciente en esa hora". Les comenté que recibí confirmación por correo y me dicen "ah pero eso es de Doctoralia, no somos nosotros". Esto no es un juego, es salud. ¿Para qué se ponen disponibles si no será así? ¿Y si no hubiera llamado y me quedaba con el correo de confirmación? Cero empatía, absolutamente horrible experiencia. Se trata de salud.
