Frida siempre es muy puntual y me escucha detenidamente en cada una de las sesiones. Me gusta que recuerda detalles y que me ofrece perspectivas diferentes a mis pensamientos y preocupaciones. Es empática y me ayuda a ver conexiones y patrones repetitivos. Aún no termino la terapia, así que creo que quedan cosas por descubrir pero de momento me ha ayudado a ser más consciente y entenderme más a fondo poco a poco.
Un profesional de la salud que me ha ayudado bastante en mi proceso, tiene una gran dedicación y vocación que me genera sentirme seguro en cada sesión y me resuelve muchas cuestiones, definitivamente un placer ser paciente frecuente.
Frida es una gran psicoterapeuta, totalmente la recomiendo. Llevo aproximadamente un año en terapia con ella y he notado en mí bastante crecimiento personal.
