I am a clinical psychologist, a graduate of UNAM, with solid training in third-generation contextual behavioral therapies, a scientifically backed approach that seeks to help you build a more flexible, meaningful life consistent with your values. Throughout my career I have specialized in clinical work with models such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP), tools that allow you to relate differently to your thoughts and emotions, reduce the impact of psychological distress, and generate practical changes that promote your well-being and quality of life. International Diploma in Third-Generation Contextual Therapies (Universidad Anahuac), Diploma in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapeutic Interventions (Facultad de Psicologia, UNAM), Training in Contextual Therapies (Facultad de Medicina, UNAM), Course in Functional Analytic Therapy (AEPSIS, Spain), and Counselor Training in the Drug Abuse and Depression Assistance Program at the Instituto Nacional de Psiquiatria Ramon de la Fuente Muniz (2019).
