Dr. Polanco was great. On the day of my appointment, my knee was not hurting, but he thoroughly examined me and I agreed with his assessment, and that x-rays are the next step. I have a follow up next week. He will have a better understanding of what my knee looks like inside and then we’ll determine the next steps.

El Dr. Polanco es fantástico. Es muy profesional y a la vez muy amable. Te explica todo con claridad y es evidente que siente gran pasión y dedicación por su trabajo. Siempre es puntual y, cuando necesito que me aclaren alguna duda, su consultorio siempre está dispuesto a ayudar. Lo recomiendo ampliamente y estoy muy satisfecho con la atención que me brinda.

I had the best experience with Dr Alan , my shoulder surgery went well ! He took care of all the preps for the insurance and with the hospital prior surgery . He is very friendly and professional! The follow up is amazing . I receive texts on a regular basis to ask how I am doing .It s such a relieve to have a doctor who really cares and take his time after surgery to make sure I have a full recovery ! Best care ever ! We communicate in both English and Spanish and even sometimes in French( text thanks Google translate lol ..) Do not look elsewhere. You won t get any better care than that !! I am not just a number !! Huge difference with the experiences I had in USA or in Europe .. I am being seen !
