I welcome you. This is a space where you can be just as you are, with your doubts, your emotions, and your desire to feel better. I am Alejandro Carvajal, psychotherapist and Master in Psychology from UNAM. For more than 10 years I have accompanied people seeking clarity, relief, and meaning amid their life stories. I work by integrating humanistic, cognitive-behavioral approaches, acceptance and commitment therapy, psychodrama, and other schools of thought, always with one central intention: to help you relate to yourself in a kinder, freer, and more conscious way. In our sessions you will find a safe place to understand yourself, let go of burdens, and look at your story with greater compassion. My way of working rests on three essential qualities: empathy, acceptance, and authenticity.
