Hi! My name is Alma Montoya, I am a Licensed Nutritionist and Gastronomist; I also hold a diploma in Diabetes Education and a certification in Ketogenic Diet and Intermittent Fasting. I am currently pursuing a diploma in Obesity and Nutrition, so I have the knowledge needed to support and help you with your weight control treatment, hypertension problems, dyslipidemias, fatty liver, or if needed in your process of acceptance and learning about living with diabetes, insulin resistance, polycystic ovary syndrome, and gestational diabetes, all the way to helping with your nutrition if you have had or are going to have bariatric surgery. My goal is to support you through this process and show you that you don't need to spend your whole life on a diet. With me you will learn to take control of your own food choices so that you can improve your relationship with food and follow a rich, balanced diet without restrictions.
