I'm Ana, I hold a degree in Psychology from the UAA, and I would like to accompany you in your psychological process from a cognitive-behavioral approach, which works on the thoughts that generate emotional distress in us; emotions will be managed and controlled through various regulation and relaxation strategies, so that by the end of your process you will have functional strategies suited to your specific situation. In the forensic field, I focus on conducting forensic assessments/psychological evaluations according to the objective indicated by the Judge.
