About the Doctor
I am a Humanistic Psychologist with a Gestalt approach. My training has taken place in the field of support for women who have experienced gender-based violence; I have also given psychoeducational workshops in institutions to various sectors of the population in order to promote self-care, violence prevention, crisis intervention, and emotional management. In addition, my experience is based on providing care to people seeking a therapeutic approach to self-knowledge that promotes biopsychosocial well-being in order to move toward a compassionate process aimed at improving the relationship with oneself and one's environment. I invite you to begin a process of exploration from a place of horizontality, self-criticism, and autonomy, providing resources for building new possibilities oriented toward development and personal growth.
