Hello, I'm Andrea! Psychotherapist with an integrative-contextual approach. I specialize in accompanying young adults and adults through their therapeutic processes. I like working from a place of empathy, giving you a safe space where you feel free to be yourself. Integrative Therapy combines different tools according to each patient's needs instead of following a single therapeutic model. It adapts to the person's thinking style, emotional needs, and context, combining techniques, mainly from third-generation therapies, according to each case. As a first step, I offer an initial orientation interview. This brief space lets you share your reason for consultation, get to know my way of working, and resolve any questions. At the same time, it helps me better understand your situation and assess how I can support you. It isn't therapy yet, but it is a first meeting that provides clarity and trust before beginning the therapeutic process.
