About the Doctor

I am Psychologist Angelica Torres, licensed psychologist with experience supporting women, children, couples, and families. Throughout my career I have developed my own approach that I call Integrative Multidimensional Psychotherapy, which combines clinical psychology with transgenerational, emotional, energetic, and body-based tools, always with closeness, empathy, and deep respect for each personal story.I am the mother of three children, with three natural births and optimal full-term breastfeeding. This personal experience, together with my ongoing academic training, allows me to provide more sensitive, humane support, especially in family processes and the different stages of motherhood and parenting.My training includes transgenerational and energetic systemic psychotherapy, biodecoding, psychosomatics, bio-numerology, emotional freedom techniques (EFT/Tapping), art therapy, herbalism, and maternal-infant bonding medicine. I also hold a diploma in nutrition and microbiota, which allows me to address comprehensive health from the mind, emotions, and body.I work in areas such as women's psychology, prenatal and birth psychology with lactation counseling, child and adolescent psychotherapy, couples psychotherapy, and parent education for respectful parenting. I also support processes related to depression, anxiety, grief, addictions, autism, ADHD, and OCD.I firmly believe that psychotherapy is not a rigid process, but a path of self-knowledge and transformation. My commitment is to offer a safe, humane space where each person can understand what hurts, reconnect with their essence, and strengthen their ability to live with more clarity, love, and fulfillment.
