About the Doctor

My work is oriented toward psychoanalysis and toward listening to what is expressed in the form of symptoms, anguish, recurring thoughts, sleep disorders, or feelings that are hard to recognize. Clinical practice rests on the spoken word, on silences, and on a space that allows for working through what insists on being expressed or manifests itself in ways that are not always obvious. I consider the office (in-person or virtual) to be a setting that enables questioning, reflection, and the chance to name experiences that tend to remain outside conscious discourse. It is not about promising results, but about accompanying a unique process. When repetition, distress, or confusion become constant, a space for listening can be the starting point for understanding what is at stake.
