Hello! I am Dr. Carolina Hernandez Zepeda, physician specializing in Dermatology, a clinical and surgical specialty responsible for the correct diagnosis and treatment of diseases affecting the skin, hair, and nails. I graduated with honors from the Facultad Mexicana de Medicina, Universidad La Salle. I did my social service in dermatology research at the Instituto Nacional de Pediatria. My training as a specialist physician took place at Hospital Angeles Clinica Londres in Internal Medicine for a year, and afterward I completed 3 years of Dermatology at Hospital General Dr. Manuel Gea Gonzalez, where I had the honor of being chief resident during the last year of my training. I am in constant training so I can offer the best care to all my patients. Many skin diseases reflect problems in other organs (lung, stomach, kidney, etc.) and the Dermatologist is the specialist best trained to recognize them. In this way, Dermatology is a key specialty in multidisciplinary medicine. It will be an honor to care for you.
