About the Doctor

Psychologist, graduate of UNAM, with a Master's degree in educational neuropsychology from the Universidad Internacional de la Rioja, a specialty in cognitive neurosciences awarded by the Consejo Mexicano de Neurociencias, additionally a specialty in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, awarded by CENDE, and a Master's in third-generation contextual therapies from INSAME. I am currently pursuing a specialty in psychoneuroimmunoendocrinology from the Consejo Mexicano de Neurociencias. My psychotherapeutic services are focused on children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. As part of my professional experience: I collaborated at the Instituto Nacional de Neurologia (INNN) in the Cognition and Behavior Unit, conducting evaluations, diagnoses, and neuropsychological interventions for patients with various neurological conditions, as well as neurodevelopmental and learning disorders. At the Instituto Nacional de Geriatria (INGER), I collaborated conducting neuropsychological and functional evaluations, diagnoses, and interventions for older adults. I collaborated at the Fortaleza mental health clinic, as a Cognitive Behavioral psychotherapist, addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, self-efficacy, eating disorders, stress, sleep, and emotional regulation, among others. As well as cases of learning difficulties and neurodevelopmental disorders. I collaborated at the NeuroXotla mental health and neurodevelopment clinic, as a Cognitive Behavioral psychotherapist for children, adolescents, and adults. At this institution I provide care for mental health cases, learning difficulties, and neurodevelopmental disorders. Additionally, I worked as an undergraduate-level teacher at the Universidad Tecnologica de Mexico, where I received the institution's recognition for teaching excellence for two consecutive years.
