About the Doctor

I am a nutritionist, graduate of the Escuela de Dietetica y Nutricion of the ISSSTE, where I graduated with Honorable Mention and was recognized with the CENEVAL Award for Outstanding Performance. I hold a diploma in "Current Topics in Nutrition" from the same institution and the Universidad Westhill, as well as another in Comprehensive Management of Non-Communicable Diseases. My commitment to excellence is reflected in constant professional development, having completed multiple courses in areas such as Nutrition and Sports, Psycho-nutrition, Plant-Based Eating, and Nutrition for Women, among others. I am currently pursuing a Diploma to become an Educator in Metabolic Syndrome. In consultations I aim to provide personalized nutritional care; beyond losing weight, I am interested in creating a healthy and sustainable path. I will be there to guide you in improving your habits, avoiding restrictions. I take a personalized approach that adapts to your lifestyle, tastes, and goals.
