Focused on patients who want to improve their nutritional status at different stages of life. We also treat patients with Obesity, Overweight, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Heart Disease, Pregnancy, Breastfeeding, Older Adults, Childhood Obesity (from age 6 onward). I currently work at Body Evolution, where we offer personalized care, focused on individual nutritional needs and preferences. We are aware that for a treatment to be effective, the eating plan must be as similar as possible to the patient's usual diet, in order to achieve the greatest adherence to their new lifestyle. The nutritional evaluation includes: Nutritional clinical history, personalized eating plan, body composition analysis with InBody; through this analysis we can determine: total body hydration, total protein, minerals, body fat mass and fat percentage, body weight, skeletal muscle mass, BMI, visceral fat level. Body Evolution is a center that has provided professional services in Aguascalientes since 2015; our focus is on changing habits, and we aim to help the patient achieve a real change in their life. We have set out to be part of the solution to a problem that grows every day in Mexico. 7 out of every 10 adults continue to suffer from excess weight. The leading causes of death in Mexico are: diabetes, heart disease, and stroke, related to overweight and obesity. Proper nutrition is essential for disease prevention and improved quality of life.
