I am a nutritionist, graduate of UAM-X in Mexico City, currently Co-founder of Centro Zirel; my specialty is weight control and the treatment of eating disorders in children, adolescents, and adults. My mission is to teach that yes, you can eat well through different methods such as a balanced diet and the KOT method, and to teach that yes, you can maintain your desired goal in the long term, through nutritional learning acquired in the consultation, avoiding restrictions and obsessions that end up damaging health, because it is very easy to fall into problems of obesity, anorexia, and bulimia.
