I am Cyntia Deibele, an Argentine psychologist with more than 10 years of clinical experience, currently living in Mexico, a country I chose as home and that I hold deep affection for. Here I have created a safe, respectful, and humane therapeutic space, where I accompany people who wish to heal their emotional wounds and build a freer and more connected life. My approach is not traditional therapy. I work with models specialized in trauma that go beyond talking about the problem. I use approaches such as EMDR, IFS, and somatic therapy, which integrate mind, body, and emotion, facilitating processes of deep and lasting transformation. I accompany people who: feel emotionally disconnected or overwhelmed, carry difficult childhood histories or complex relationships, suffer anxiety, stress, dissociation, or patterns of self-demand, and have tried other therapies without feeling truly understood. My work is to help you discover, understand, and heal the inner parts that sustain your distress, with a compassionate, clear, and judgment-free outlook.
