About me I am Dr. David Rueda. I studied medicine at Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí, then completed my specialty in Psychiatry at Hospital Psiquiátrico Fray Bernardino Álvarez in Mexico City. After finishing the specialty, I completed a subspecialty in Cognitive Aging and Dementias at the Instituto Nacional de Neurología y Neurocirugía. Why choose me? Main areas of treatment As a psychiatrist, I have the medical training and practice to treat purely mental conditions, neurological disorders presenting with psychiatric symptoms, as well as addressing systemic diseases that cause mental disturbances. I hold a subspecialty in Cognitive Aging and Dementias, giving me the skills to manage conditions such as problems with memory, language, attention, and concentration, up to more serious conditions such as Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia, Parkinson's disease dementia, frontotemporal dementia, dementia with Lewy bodies, dementia in atypical parkinsonism, among others. My practice and my team The office where I work is located at Clínica Medicarbonel, located at A. F. Carbonel 2918, San Felipe III Etapa, 31203 Chihuahua, Chih. Other services I provide care to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults presenting with conditions such as depression, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, peripartum depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, substance use problems, learning problems, memory problems ranging from mild forgetfulness to very problematic, and all types of dementia or cognitive decline.
