About the Doctor

My name is Denisse Cardenas, I am a nutritionist graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Nutrition from Universidad Estatal de Sonora. I completed my social service at the Inflammatory Bowel Disease clinic in the Gastroenterology department of the Instituto Nacional de Nutricion "Salvador Zubiran." Diet is the basis of absolutely everything, since our body runs on energy and the way to obtain it is through proper food and nutrition. By properly nourishing our body we function better, and my mission is to help you create a better relationship with food by seeing that it is not necessary to live under strict dietary restrictions to be able to achieve changes ranging from improving your digestion, feeling more energetic, improving your mood, and delaying cellular aging.
