Mtra. Enriqueta Soto Alvarado. We live in such a technological era that it dehumanizes us; we are immersed in social media that brings us closer to strangers and pulls us away from family, we demand freedom and overlook good manners and values, we demand equality but are not willing to give up certain comforts, we want to feel safe in the community and at the same time think about killing the innocent, we work hard for a better future and forget to enjoy the present... Psychotherapy confronts us with reality and helps us find the balance between what we need and what we want... Mental health is just as important as physical health!!! Take care of yourself so you can take care of your loved ones!!! I will accompany you during this process; it may not be easy, and I warn you it will hurt, but believe me, in the end it will have been worth it... I have more than 15 years of experience, I hold a Bachelor's in clinical psychology and a Master's in Gestalt psychotherapy, I constantly update myself with courses and workshops to stay in tune with my patients, I am passionate about being able to help others, I am a psychologist by vocation!!!
