About the Doctor

I accompany people in improving their health and their relationship with food from a respectful, realistic, evidence-based approach. In consultation I prioritize listening, nutritional education, and understanding the body, creating a safe, judgment-free space where each process is unique and moves at its own pace.I work with individualized, sustainable plans, away from extreme restriction, focused on generating changes that truly last over time. My goal is for each person to feel accompanied, understood, and equipped with clear tools to make informed decisions about their diet and well-being.I have clinical training at highly specialized institutions, where I gained a comprehensive view of nutritional care at different stages of life and clinical contexts. I gained experience at the Salvador Zubiran National Institute of Medical Sciences and Nutrition, the "Manuel Velasco Suarez" National Institute of Neurology and Neurosurgery, the Isidro Espinosa de los Reyes National Institute of Perinatology, the Federico Gomez Children's Hospital of Mexico, and the "Dr. Eduardo Liceaga" General Hospital of Mexico.
