About the Doctor

I am a psychotherapist with a psychoanalytic approach, and I accompany you in understanding your emotions, healing wounds, and reconnecting with yourself. I believe well-being begins when we allow ourselves to look inward, recognize what we feel, and find new ways of being in the world. I offer a safe, warm, confidential space where you can speak without judgment and feel truly heard. I treat adults, adolescents, and children, both in person and online. I accompany people through processes of anxiety, depression, grief, stress, breakups, low self-esteem, and moments of loss of meaning, among others. In our sessions we can work with clear goals and practical tools to improve your daily life, or from a deeper perspective that allows you to transform your story and strengthen your self-esteem. My purpose is to accompany you in regaining your emotional balance and building a more conscious, full, and authentic life.
