About me Hello, I am licensed Nutritionist Evelyne Silvia Zacarías Rodríguez, I trained at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana Unidad Xochimilco 19 years ago. I completed a Master's in Public Health with a concentration in Nutrition 16 years ago at the Instituto Nacional de Salud Pública, Cuernavaca campus, but I did not want to dedicate myself to research and instead preferred to serve the population through personalized consultations, workshops, and nutrition talks. I have also been an entrepreneur in healthy snacks for 10 years. I make oat energy bars with dried fruits and oil-bearing seeds in proper proportions on average, suitable for the whole population. I designed these bars to offer other healthy food alternatives that can be part of the nutritional treatment of my patients and of the population in general. Additionally, I have been a Belly Dance dancer for 15 years and I currently teach this dance style focused on exercising, having fun, and relaxing, since exercise is part of the treatment to improve overall health and control many diseases. My consultation At the first consultation I take a medical history and make general nutrition and eating habit recommendations. Within the following 24 hours I deliver a personalized meal plan (depending on the workload and the difficulty of the plan, I can deliver it 30 minutes later or up to 24 hours later). I suggest doing follow-ups every month.
