I am a psychologist, graduate of UNAM, with more than 10 years of experience in the clinical field. I have training in Systemic Family Therapy, a Cognitive Behavioral approach, and psychodiagnostics. HOPE is a safe, welcoming, confidential place where we can work with warmth, empathy, and trust, focusing the work on making changes to your maladaptive behaviors and thoughts — that is, those that are no longer serving you. My way of working is to carry out a psychodiagnostic assessment in the first sessions in order to explain to the patient whether they have any type of disorder, pathology, or mental illness, and thus map out the treatment plan. I work with specialists such as psychiatry, psychopedagogy, and thanatology, in whom I have complete confidence to provide support for your case if necessary.
