About the Doctor

I am a clinical psychologist with more than 25 years of experience accompanying people through difficult times. Over the years I have seen how the body, emotions, habits and personal history are deeply connected. That's why my approach is comprehensive: I work with anxiety, unresolved grief, relationship with food, body image and symptoms such as insomnia, irritability or panic attacks. In addition to my clinical training, I hold a doctorate in the anthropology of food, which allows me to address the relationship with the body and food from a deep, non-blaming perspective. I also work with adolescents and collaborate with nutritionists and psychiatrists when the case requires it. If you are going through a stage where you feel confused, angry, sad or simply tired of feeling bad about yourself, this can be a good place to start healing.
