I am a licensed nutritionist passionate about exercise (fitness) I am certified as a personal trainer, I really enjoy learning about how the human body and mind work Before studying I suffered from Eating Disorders and went through all kinds of diets, thanks to that and to my studies, I can provide flexible, varied guidance on eating without you having to stop eating what you like My patients make a lifestyle change, not a "diet", they see it as a process of improving habits, their relationship with food, body awareness, and of course their physique The plans are 100% personalized based on preferences, habits, and budget The routine can be at home or the gym and is based on your goal, physical condition, and equipment Costs are monthly but there are biweekly check-ins (already included in the cost) to verify adherence and progress
