About the Doctor

Are you dealing with anxiety, depression, addictions, or problems controlling your emotions? If so, you've come to the right place. We will work together to help you with your current problems while also improving your thinking and behavior. The goal is to help you "reframe" your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to face life's obstacles. My approach to working with clients is centered on a cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) framework, based on years of research and empirical evidence. I also integrate the systemic approach, which takes into account how social interactions (friends, family, partner, etc.) have an effect on a person's wellbeing. I completed my studies for the Master's in Rehabilitation and Addiction Treatment at the Centro de Estudios Superiores Monte Fenix (CESMF) and the Master's in Systemic Family Therapy at the Instituto Latinoamericano de Estudios en la Familia (ILEF). I am currently pursuing the Diploma in Couples Therapy at ILEF.
