Hello! Nice to meet you, I am a graduate of the Facultad Mexicana de Medicina, Universidad La Salle, where medical education is of the highest human quality, and from the start of my professional training, honesty, professional excellence, and ethics have been the values at the core of my professional practice. I later completed one year of the Internal Medicine specialty at Hospital Ángeles del Pedregal, which is an essential requirement to pursue the Dermatology specialty here in our country. I completed my Dermatology specialty at Hospital General Dr. Manuel Gea González (endorsed by UNAM), which is the best and most sought-after site by national and international applicants. It is one of the most complete sites, as it has services recognized nationally and internationally in Clinical Dermatology and Advanced Wound Care, Dermato-oncology and Dermatologic Surgery, Mycology, Dermatopathology, Oral Pathology, and Phototherapy. I supplemented my training with outside rotations at the Instituto Nacional de Pediatría, Centro Dermatológico de Yucatán, Clínica Condesa for HIV and sexually transmitted diseases, and in Mohs Surgery and melanoma at The Skin Hospital in Sydney, Australia. At the end of my specialty I completed a subspecialty course in Dermatologic Surgery and Dermato-Oncology at Centro Dermatológico Dr. Ladislao de La Pascua, which is highly recognized for its long history and for being one of the largest dermatology referral centers in the country, where I trained in Dermato-oncology and Dermatologic Surgery. My interests within dermatology are clinical dermatology (skin diseases), nail surgery, skin cancer, botulinum toxin application, facial fillers such as hyaluronic acid, and advanced wound care.
