My educational journey began at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, where I earned my degree in Nutrition and Comprehensive Wellness. I also continued expanding my knowledge in psychology at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. My professional path has been diverse and enriching, which has allowed me to innovate in the pharmaceutical industry, in addition to contributing to my patients' health through public and private nutrition and sports counseling. My commitment to research and clinical practice led me to collaborate with leading institutions such as the Centro de Investigación en Salud y Nutrición (CINyS), the Instituto Nacional de Salud Pública (INSP), as well as the Instituto Nacional de Perinatología (INPER), where my focus was on maternal-infant nutrition and breastfeeding. At Hospital General de México, Hospital Infantil Federico Gómez, and the Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Médicas y Nutrición Salvador Zubirán, I have provided specialized nutritional counseling across a wide range of conditions, from cancer to COVID-19, with a human-centered approach to patient care.
