About the Doctor

I am a Clinical Psychologist with a Doctorate in Health Psychology from the University of Texas at El Paso, USA. Bilingual Spanish-English. I have a specialty in Behavioral Medicine, Sports Psychology, and Biofeedback. For more than 30 years I have been helping people of all ages, couples, and families, with extensive experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Development of Social Skills, Empathy, and Self-regulation. I believe that through individual or group support it is possible to address what worries each person, each family or couple, considering their particular circumstances in order to develop personal potential to the fullest, with satisfying interpersonal relationships, both emotional and social and at work. Each person is special and deserves a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment that helps them move toward a full and dignified life, one that respects who they are, with their particularities and interests. I am convinced that each person is valuable in themselves and deserves to be listened to with warmth and cared for with the best quality.
