Hi, nice to meet you! My name is Jessy, I am a psychologist with a humanistic and cognitive-behavioral therapeutic approach, in addition to holding a master's in play therapy. I specialize in working with children and adolescents, helping them develop personal tools to face life's challenges while caring for and strengthening their mental and emotional health. In my practice, I prioritize empathy, understanding, and collaboration, creating a welcoming space where my patients and their families feel heard and safe. I am creative, patient, and flexible, adapting each treatment to my patients' unique needs. I also received the Ceneval Award for Excellence in Performance-EGEL, a recognition given to only 287 people nationwide in my graduating year. I am also bilingual (English and Spanish), which allows me to serve a wider range of patients. As someone passionate about video games and playful activities, I enjoy incorporating creative elements into sessions, offering dynamic and effective therapeutic experiences that resonate naturally with children and adolescents.
