About the Doctor

Hello, I am neuropsychologist Andres Sanchez Molina, and I am passionately dedicated to the evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functions that influence the daily life of children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I am currently a partner and neuropsychologist at Braintree, a care center in the city of Puebla, and I also work as head of the diagnosis and rehabilitation area at the Fundacion Angelitos Mios, in the state of Tlaxcala. Over the years, I have had the privilege of accompanying people with different challenges and conditions, from neurodevelopmental disorders (my main specialty) such as autism, ADHD, and learning disorders, to cases of Parkinson's, dementias, brain injuries, head trauma, COVID-19 aftereffects, epileptiform activity, and emotional or behavioral changes that affect quality of life. Many times people come to a consultation due to difficulties with attention, memory, language, learning, behavior, or emotions, and don't know where to start. In those cases, I perform a comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation, based on clinical interviews, observation, and standardized psychometric tests. This allows us to clearly understand what is going on and how we can work together to recover skills, compensate for difficulties, or strengthen what is already working well. I also carry out cognitive rehabilitation, psychotherapy, and emotional intervention processes, combining evidence-based tools, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy. I always like to work closely, clearly, and empathetically, and coordinate with other professionals (neurologists, psychiatrists, speech therapists, etc.) to offer comprehensive support. I consider myself an ethical, up-to-date professional committed to each person who trusts me. I firmly believe that diagnoses do not define anyone: behind every symptom there is a story that deserves to be listened to and accompanied with respect, humanity, and knowledge.
