About the Doctor

Psychologist with a master's degree in Brief Therapy and a master's degree in Systemic Family Therapy, with a specialty in the care and prevention of family violence. I work from an integrative therapeutic approach, with a systemic, brief, and contextual basis. I incorporate a gender perspective into my practice, which means recognizing how roles, expectations, and inequalities between women and men influence the way people relate to each other, face conflicts, and experience their emotional health. This allows me to support therapeutic processes in a fairer, more sensitive way suited to the reality of each person and family. I have training for working with men and masculinities, focused on questioning and transforming rigid models of being a man that can generate emotional distress, relationship difficulties, or situations of violence, promoting healthier and more responsible forms of masculinity. I also have sensitivity and training for supporting the LGBT+ community and sexual diversity, recognizing the importance of offering safe, respectful, judgment-free therapeutic spaces, where identity, orientation, and gender expression are validated as a central part of psychological well-being. I have courses and diplomas in the care and prevention of child sexual abuse, I incorporate the perspective of children and adolescents, and I am currently pursuing a diploma in contextual therapies. My work is aimed at generating meaningful and sustainable changes from an ethical, inclusive, and committed practice.
