About the Doctor

Joint academic training in Mexico and Brazil through the Ibero-Latin American course in Clinical Nutrition and Bariatrics since December 2013, as well as multiple courses on the treatment of Morbid Obesity and its comprehensive management. Specialist in eating disorders, low weight, and nutritional disorders of adolescents at Hospital Angeles Pedregal, as well as comprehensive clinical nutrition courses at Alphadefense (amino acid biotechnology). I completed my degree as a Surgeon at Universidad Popular Autonoma del Estado de Puebla UPAEP, starting in 1983. For 20 years I have dedicated myself to the anesthetic management of patients with Obesity undergoing Bariatric Surgery, and from there arose my idea of carrying out comprehensive treatment from the standpoint of forming new dietary habits, trying to improve the culture around our food and understand the effect produced by fast food, junk food, and the negative effect of the food industry, which has caused so much harm to humanity. That's why, by understanding each person's lifestyle, social and cultural environment, and improving how we choose and combine each food, we can achieve very important results, in addition to pharmacological, hormonal, or supplementary treatment individualized for each case.
