I am a graduate of the Universidad Autonoma de Mexico. Certified by the Consejo Mexicano de Medicina Interna A.C., and I hold a Master's in Health Systems Administration from the Facultad de Contabilidad y Administracion of UNAM. I was Coordinator of Teaching and Research at the Hospital Regional 1o de Octubre, ISSSTE, and president of the Board of Directors of the Asociacion de Medicina Interna de Mexico. I have more than 20 publications in scientific journals and books. I have taught for 30 years at academic institutions such as UNAM, Universidad Anahuac, IPN, Universidad Justo Sierra, among others, and I hold diplomas in teaching, monitoring, and evaluation of training, and I am currently Coordinator of Teaching at CEMIM SC.
