About the Doctor

I hold a Bachelor's in Psychology from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico, with a graduate degree in Forensic Psychology and training as a Legal Expert Witness, in addition to a specialty in Systemic Psychotherapy from the same institution. I have complemented my academic training with multiple courses and diplomas in Human Development, individual and corporate Coaching, which allows me to integrate practical and effective tools into my professional work. I have experience as a therapist, speaker, and workshop facilitator on Human Development topics, working both in person and remotely. My purpose is to accompany adults in their personal and professional growth process, providing them strategies that strengthen their wellbeing, resilience, and comprehensive development.
