Hi everyone, my name is Kenia Talia Fuentes Solis and I am delighted to be here today talking to you about myself. As a psychologist, my personal goal is to help people overcome their fears and worries so they can live a full and satisfying life; I am passionate about the work I do and I am committed to providing solid support to my patients. In my practice, I use a combination of evidence-based therapies, together with a client-centered approach; I firmly believe in adapting my techniques to individual needs — each of us is unique and requires a personalized approach to achieve therapeutic success. I have specialized in the treatment of anxiety and panic due to my deep interest in the impact these disorders can have on people's daily lives, in addition to having experienced them myself. My goal is to help my patients understand their triggers and develop effective strategies to cope with their symptoms.
