About the Doctor

I am Larisa Castaneda, holding a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Universidad de Guadalajara, specialist in neurodevelopmental disorders, endorsed by the Universidad de Ciencias Medicas, Matanzas, Cuba, such as autism spectrum disorder (Autism), Down syndrome, ADHD, specific learning disorders, specific language disorder, and developmental delay. I am a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), and I was trained by the United States-Latin America Cancer Research Network for psycho-oncological care of family members and patients. I have worked in the Psychology and Special Education laboratory at the Universidad de Guadalajara. I am passionate about my work and I love working with children and their families, helping them face day-to-day challenges, achieve a better quality of life, and be happier. My goal is to promote awareness of neurodevelopmental disorders in Mexico.
