About me I am a very professional, understanding, and patient person. I believe in providing treatment that is humane, tailored to each patient's needs, and based on scientific evidence. My process consists of an initial assessment of the patient's general condition focused on what brought them to therapy, followed by setting initial goals. After a period of 8 sessions, the goals are reviewed and an assessment is made to see what progress was made and what can continue to be done to improve. Why choose me? I am a professional person, focused on supporting other people who, like me, have suffered from psychological disorders and need support. Having my own experience as a patient, I realized that there are moments when it's necessary to check in on the goals and the progress that has been made. That's why I offer the support of an initial assessment and sessions focused on evaluating the progress made. In these sessions it's also assessed whether it's necessary to keep focusing on the same goal or set a new one.
