Hi! I'm Marcela de la Torre, your clinical nutritionist. I want to tell you a little about myself! Since 2012 I have worked in private practice, in addition to having worked in various hospitals, where I focused on assessment, detection of nutritional risk, and implementation of nutrition plans for various conditions in hospitalized patients. As a clinical nutritionist, I specialize in the prevention, diagnosis, and nutritional treatment of various diseases such as: diabetes, insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome, dyslipidemia, high blood pressure, obesity and overweight, hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, among others. Or if you're someone who's simply looking to improve your eating habits and body composition. My approach is to help you improve your health and reach your goals through easy, practical, and healthy meal plans, adapted to your lifestyle. As part of my training as a nutritionist, I have a master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from Universidad UNIVA, a diploma in Pediatric Nutrition from Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA), León campus, and a bachelor's degree in Nutrition from Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes (UAA). My commitment is to provide you with quality, personalized, evidence-based nutritional care, always focused on improving your health and well-being.
