Dr. Marcela Del Carmen Garcia Ventura is a Dermatologist with a private practice in Mexico City. She is a graduate of the undergraduate degree as a Surgeon and Physician (Medico Cirujano y Partero) from the Universidad de Colima, and later completed the Specialty in Dermatology in the Health Sector, at the Institucion de Salubridad y Enfermedades Tropicales, in the Direccion General de Epidemiologia. She holds Certification from the Consejo Mexicano de Dermatologia, and has 36 years of medical experience, where her areas of expertise have focused on: Application of botulinum toxin and filler material, Application of Peeling, micropunctures, and Treatments to improve Scars, stretch marks, and Cellulite. She was also a staff physician at IMSS, at "La Raza" Hospital until a few months ago, now retired. She worked at the Hospital Regional de Villahermosa Tabasco at Petroleos Mexicanos for 2 years. Finally, she is a Member of the Academia Mexicana de Dermatologia A.C., a member of the Sociedad Nacional de Dermatoscopia, was a member of the Federacion de Asociaciones y Colegios de Mujeres Medicas Mexicanas, and is a Member of the Colegio Iberoamericano de Dermatologia.
