As a psychologist, my purpose is to support people in creating meaningful, sustainable changes in their lives, strengthening their inner resources, cognitive flexibility, emotional management, and social and conflict-resolution skills, so they can live with greater authenticity and well-being.I work from a contextual approach, using contingency analysis and integrating tools from different therapies (functional-analytic, acceptance and commitment, dialectical-behavioral, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy), which allows me to tailor each intervention to each person's personality, needs, and goals.I offer a safe, respectful space, with a human-rights approach and gender perspective. I provide individual care to young people and adults facing issues such as depression, stress, insecurity, and difficulties in personal relationships, among others, and I hold a certification in caring for women in situations of violence.
