María Azucena Mendoza LópezClinical Psychologist | Psychotherapist Certified in Premise TherapyI am a graduate of Universidad de Estudios Avanzados (UNEA) as a Clinical Psychologist, and certified as a Psychotherapist in Premise Therapy by Global University, under the instruction of Professor and Psychotherapist Enrique M. Caballero Chávez, creator of the first model of Psychotherapy in Mexico (San Luis Potosí).I have more than five years of experience in individual psychological support.Throughout my professional practice I have discovered that I deeply love my work. I believe the therapeutic process is an opportunity for genuine transformation: for me, it is essential that each patient understand the origin of their problem, how it evolved, and how it currently affects them in the different contexts of their life.Once they manage to understand it, a process of inner change begins, in which they gain not only understanding but also new emotional and cognitive tools for a more balanced life.I compare the psychological process to the transformation of a butterfly: it begins as a cocoon — limited, confused, and emotionally unstable — and, with the right therapeutic work, it is reborn stronger, with self-esteem, confidence, and the ability to fly on its own wings.My goal is to accompany each person on that path of self-knowledge and growth, providing a safe, human, and empathetic space for their personal development. :)
